about: Reclaim the Soul @ MarketPlace with Man vs Wife, Phoenix Black and Dj Simon turned out to be a perfect storm of amazingness. the night draws a large number of musical artist/producer/dj clientele who respect the hosts who throw the night as well as the music they spin. so it was to this crowd that i bore my soul. and unlike EVERY show i've done up to this point here in London, there were no technical difficulties! I felt like i could be a bit freer with the tempos and i was right. the crowd followed the narrative and followed attentively which made me want to give them more detail.

This show reminded me of why i have spent so much energy trying to get back to London. the audience followed me. they vibed on where i was attemting to go and what i was attempting to say. I had one woman tell me how she love the interplay betweent the loops...EXACTLY!
